Several Lake View Community Leaders signed off on a letter asking Mayor Emanuel for a meeting to hear their concerns regarding the impact of the planned development at Wrigley Field.

Alderman Tunney has also made clear that he cannot support the plans unless the bridge over Clark Street is removed and the entrance to the hotel is moved toAddison, but these requests have been ignored.

The Mayor is now pushing the plans through to the City review and approval process at lightning speed, so neighbors are rallying to be heard.

Wrigley Field is important to our community, but some of the proposed changes will only create setbacks and problems for local residents and businesses.

Local residents are gathering to help the City Council understand the importance of crafting the Wrigley Field renovation plans to include all the people and places that make our neighborhood so great.
