Candyality is moving

Found out today that Candyality on Southport is moving out of its current space and is actually taking over half of the Ace Hardware by the Music Box on Southport . They were actually building out the wall today in Ace, splitting the store nearly in half. Any ideas what is taking over Candyality's space?
