Friends Searching for Man, Last Seen in Boystown

Christopher Evans of Evergreen Park was last seen in Boystown early Sunday morning, friends say. Now they're searching for his whereabouts.

Chicago police and area friends and family are searching for Christopher Evans of Evergreen Park after he went missing early Sunday morning.

He was last seen leaving Roscoe’s Tavern at 3356 N. Halsted St. in Lake View’s Boystown neighborhood around 1:30 a.m. He has not been heard from since then.

Evans was wearing a black shirt and dark jeans the night he went missing. He is about 6'1" tall and around 230 pounds. Evans was walking east on West Roscoe Street alone, and his cell phone has not been on since then.

Evans is a part-time student at Loyola University, where he is enrolled in the M.B.A. program in the Quinlan School of Business. He is also a financial analyst at Loyola University in the Budgeting and Finance Office in the Financial Services Office.

A missing person’s report has been filed. Any information about his whereabouts should be directed to the Area North Detectives at (312) 747-5789.

Friends have also set-up a Facebook page dedicated to finding Evans.
