Shovel that sidewalk, Revolucion Restaurant

Once AGAIN, Revolucion Restaurant, across from TI at Stratford & B'way hasn't shoveled the building's residential sidewalk. They ignore calls from neighbors, the Alderman's office, and their own renters. Seems like a lousy way to maintain a local business base, right? Any ideas out there?
