Get ready to deck the halls with your local government official!
State Rep. Sara Feigenholtz (D-Chicago) will host a holiday open house on Monday, December 10 from 4:30 to 6:30 p.m. at her constituent services office located at 1051 W. Belmont Ave.
Local residents are invited to share their thoughts on state government or ideas on legislation, or just to enjoy light refreshments and meet Feigenholtz and neighbors.
The open house will also serve as a drop-off point for Heartland Pediatric Center – Lake View’s toy drive. Most patients are newborn to 12 months old with some patients ranging from 2-5 years old. As many patients come from low-income families, the toy drive is crucial in ensuring that each child receives a toy this holiday season.
However, a toy donation is not required to attend, so swing by!
