The seminar will focus on the importance of a credit score; the meaning and impact of a FICO score; Path2Own, a first time home buying coaching program; the money smart education series; and banking solutions to help build your credit. Additionally, the Illinois Housing Development Authority’s programs for first time homebuyers (Smart Move) and veterans (Welcome Home Heroes) will be discussed.
