WATCH: NBC TV Show Films in Lake View
'Chicago PD' taped in Lake View on Monday afternoon.
NBC's upcoming show Chicago PD filmed in Lake View on Monday. The crews closed parts of Roscoe and Sheffield for the taping.
'Chicago PD' is a spinoff of the popular TV show Chicago Fire and is set to premier on Jan. 8. The scripted show will follow the lives of several Chicago police officers.
Check out a video from a rehearsal held Monday above. The video was shot near the intersection of Clark and Roscoe and features two people running down the street.
