Businesses in Lake View East and on Clark St. are celebrating the season with Scarecrows on Parade. Businesses in the area created scarecrows and placed them in their windows — from Miley Cyrus at Urban Outfitters to "Money Bags" at the Currency Exchange, check out photos of a few of our favorites above!
