Mugging in front of Ann Sathers

At about 9;45 am, Wednesday, September 4, just outside Ann Sathers restaurant, a woman attacked another woman with pepper spray in an attempt to steal her smart phone.  I believe the assailant got away.  The victim was taken away by ambulance and several witnesses were interviewed by the police.

I was not there and this is a report to me by and employee
