Cheerleading Champions!

United Spirit Athletics Cheerleaders from Chicago did it again! They became 2014 National Champions at the American Championships in Schaumburg on Saturday, March 15th, 2014. With new members, increased difficulty, plus a great inner confidence and confirmation of their commitment and hard work, they walked away with a banner and medals to continue their winning tradition.

The girls, ages 10-17, jumped, tumbled and stunted! There was choreographed tumbling, energetic dance, synchronized jumps and the flexibility in the stunts was amazing. They are one step closer to the U.S. Finals, April 12, 2014 at Navy Pier. Mark your calendars!

Practices will now focus on adding additional members into the choreography, perfecting the difficulty and illuminating the show!!!
