Vindicated! I have been doing these "bicycle maneuvers" for years and too many peopleRead More can't seem to understand they are not the same thing as the oft-maligned crunch or standard situp. I would add that the most important thing to improve at least the look of your abs is to get slimmer. You can have the strongest ab muscles in the world, but if you have even a modest beer belly you'll never be able to see the muscle definition/tone.
